Regulatory Oversight

The following regulatory agencies oversee construction work at the site:
City of Alameda – Oversees land use decisions and vertical construction work
Alameda County Dept. of Environmental Health – Oversees ground disturbing work in areas with below ground contamination and associated dust control measures
Bay Area Air Quality Management District – Oversees air quality during all construction activity
