Bringing Alameda Marina into the 21st century requires:
- Upgrades to failing infrastructure
- Improvements to existing maritime and marina facilities and public Tidelands property
- Increased and improved public access to create a modern, clean environment for maritime businesses and innovators, supported by a full service mixed-use community with amenities, such as dining and entertainment, public open space and access to water activities for the enjoyment of all Alamedans
